What Classify a “Hit”? A “Hit” is classified as anything Rare and Above.
We keep the “Bulk Cards” and Pokémon Trading Card Game Online/Live Codes.
What is Bulk? Bulk is anything that doesn’t fall under the classification of a “Hit”. This means anything that is a “Circle” or a “Diamond” on the bottom of the card and the Trading Cards are not “foiled”.
